Tasted Vignoble de la Jarnoterie : Concerto
Color : dark, quite deep purple lighter rim.
Nose : spicy, chocolate attack. Very fresh dark cherry with black pipped, berry fruit as well. Primary aromas. Powerful, masculine and attractive bouquet. Balanced acidity.
Palate : Juicy, fruit attack, brisk but tolerable acidity. Lovely yielding centre, huge density, fine rugged structure at present. Tannins quite powerful, but enough body to blend and mellow into. Nice freshness. Very attractive, but a mere infant as yet, but an excellent wine in the making.
